This Privacy Policy explains how Gym Momentum handles information. Our app is designed to be local‑first: your data stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to share it. We do not create user accounts.
By default, we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) and we do not operate a backend server. The app stores your streaks, settings, and usage state on your device using local storage.
If you enable any optional services (analytics, crash reporting) in a future version, we will update this policy and the App Store “App Privacy” labels accordingly.
We do not share personal data with third parties. If the app ever integrates third‑party SDKs (e.g., analytics) you will see a clear in‑app disclosure and the App Store privacy label will be updated.
Momentum is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child used the app, contact us and we will assist.
All app data is stored on your device until you delete it (e.g., uninstall the app or use a “Reset data” option). We retain no server copies.
We use platform security features to protect on‑device data. There is no remote database. Protect your device with a passcode/biometrics.
This policy is written for U.S. users. If you access the app from other regions, your device may apply regional privacy rights. Since we do not collect personal data, requests typically resolve by deleting the app’s local data.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here and in the App Store with a new effective date.
